Service Description
Immerse yourself in an awesome river experience. SUP paddleboarding is suggested to be used by participants who are well balanced and don't mind a high chance of falling in and getting wet. This experience is recommended only to those aged 14 and over with good balance and core strength.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours ahead and we will reschedule for you where possible. Any alterations less than 24 hours before the session time will only be accepted at Captain Cook Canoes' sole discretion, or where the weather conditions are unsafe/unsuitable for hire e.g. flooding, storms, extreme wind. Cancellation policy: - Between 48 hours and 24 hours before activity - 50% of session cost charged. - Less than 24 hours before session or no-show - 100% of session cost charged.
